Laine Ludwig

As accounting manager, Laine is responsible for accurately maintaining, reporting, and analyzing the foundation’s financial activities.

Prior to the Gill Foundation, Laine began her career as a full-cycle accountant where she gained exposure to the entire accounting process and grew her skillset substantially. Most recently, Laine was a tax accountant where she worked with a broad range of individuals and businesses to plan and execute proper reporting to government agencies. Laine has a passion for numbers and efficiency. She is pleased to be working at the foundation where she can use her abilities for a greater purpose.

Laine is originally from Northern Michigan. In her spare time, she loves to be outdoors and with friends and family. Laine is an avid skier and visits the mountains frequently.

Angelica Vickers

As accounting and benefits administrator, Angelica (Angel) Vickers is responsible for maintaining the accounting of the foundation and employee benefits, as well as assisting with other team projects.

Prior to joining the foundation, Angelica worked as an accounts payable clerk at DCB Construction. Here, she processed invoices, cut checks, issued payments, and maintained the filing system. She prides herself on learning her skills from the accounting and administration positions she has held. Her passion is to deliver professionalism, accuracy, and compassion to any tasks and people she interacts with.

Originally from Alabama, Angelica moved to Colorado in 2013 with her spouse. During her free time, she enjoys outdoor recreation, yoga, and playing the piano. She loves going to concerts with her spouse and spending time with her dog.

Natalie Ritter

As office manager, Natalie Ritter is responsible for managing all affairs concerning the foundation facility, accounting and administrative support, hosting visitors, and other special projects.

Prior to joining the foundation, Natalie worked as an executive assistant for Goodwill Industries of Denver for nine years. Here, she developed and maintained departmental procedures, planned and prepared meeting materials, and provided staff support.

A life-long Denver resident, Natalie studied at Metro State University of Denver and received a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science with a minor in human services. Her passion is to deliver excellent support and manage a wide range of tasks.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys yoga and tennis. During the summer, she loves camping and swimming. She is always up for a live concert and checking out a new food spot.

Matt Cortez

As IT manager, Matt Cortez provides leadership and support for the information systems ranging from mission-critical systems and infrastructure to the IT help desk.

Prior to joining the foundation in 2010, Matt was a PC/LAN support specialist at The Colorado Health Foundation providing critical infrastructure and IT support. He also worked with the director of IT to build a department that could support the foundation’s mission to make Colorado the healthiest state in the nation.

Matt is proud to be a member of the Gill Foundation team, providing his skills and talents to promote the mission of equality for all.
